Antonio Jeremiah was born on October 9, 1988 in Hilliard, Ohio.

Attending Hilliard Darby High School, Antonio Jeremiah had an outstanding career. He played in the 2007 Ohio North-South Classic in Columbus, as well as the All-American Bowl in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was a SuperPrep and PrepStar All-American, while being ranked among the nation's top defensive tackles by Antonio Jeremiah was named on the first team Associated Press Division I All-Ohio, earned first-team all-district, and first-team All-Ohio Capital Conference honors.

In 2007, he appeared in five games as a true freshman and recorded 6 tackles. In 2008, he appeared in 12 games and recorded 8 tackles. In 2009, he saw action in two games and made the position switch from nose tackle to offensive guard.
