Michigan State Spartan linebacker Adam Decker was born July 15, 1987 and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Adam Decker attended Brother Rice High School, and was ranked as one of the top 30 players in the state by the Lansing State Journal, the Detroit News, and the Detroit Free Press. As one of the Brother Rice Warriors Adam Decker led the team in tackles in his junior and senior years.
Adam Decker has proved to be a reliable player for the Michigan State Spartans having missed only two games from 2006-08. Adam Decker has been named Scout Team Defensive Player multiple times, and finished the 2008 season with a career-high of 56 total tackles.
A finance major at Michigan State, Adam Decker has an illustrious family history. He is the son of Michael Decker, who earned three letters as a linebacker at Michigan State from 1977-79, and the brother of Mike Decker who played on the offensive line for the Central Michigan Chippewas.
